At Plaček Group, we see sustainability as a natural part of our business.
Just as the world around us evolves, so does our approach to responsible operations. Our goal is to be a stable, trustworthy and beneficial company in the long term – for customers, their pets, employees and the communities in which we operate.
It is not just about the quality of products and services. Just as important is the way we do business.
ESG and our priorities
We build sustainability on ESG principles that link business with responsibility to the outside world.
Environment (E)
We use energy and resources responsibly, reduce our carbon footprint, innovate packaging and logistics, and are developing more environmentally friendly products.
Social (S)
We have long supported shelters, rescue stations and educational projects. Our employees are an active part of these activities. We systematically measure the social impact of our projects in collaboration with impactso.com, to ensure they have a true benefit.
Governance (G)
We pride ourselves on ethical business, fair working conditions, support for diversity and transparent communication with partners and customers.
Sustainability report
The period 2024–2025 was an important milestone for us in terms of responsible business and sustainability. We have already completed our first Sustainability Report and you can now read it via the link below.
The report presents not only our core commitments, measurable results and priorities for environmental, social and governance responsibilities, but also our long-term vision and the values on which we build the whole company. We see sustainability as a natural part of our identity, corporate culture and everyday decision-making.
In the report, you will find specific information on our ESG activities, sustainability strategy, employee development, responsible supply chain approach, digitalisation, community support and environmental protection. It also includes examples of our brands and projects that combine quality animal care with a responsible and sustainable approach.
